Mould Handlers
Mechan is making mould changing quicker and easier than ever before, thanks to its partnership with Italian mould handling equipment specialists, Gruniverpal Tranchero.
Minidrel S series mould handlers are truly unique, employing Gruniverpal's patented kinematic system to meet various load needs.
A number of advanced features give the Minidrel S series maximum versatility, including a great load capacity and accurate mould positioning. Its compact dimensions make handling easy, even when space is limited and allow just one operator to undertake mould changes using a remote or radio control.
The compact, yet sturdy construction of the Minidrel S series ensures constant operational and capacity rates are maintained and the complete elimination of oscillation during mould lifting and handling. It also enjoys exceptional levels of performance, thanks to special long-life, hydraulically controlled batteries and extremely competitive maintenance costs.
Operational features:
- Perfect alignment of the lifted load, whatever the extraction position
- Hydraulically servo-assisted translation, lifting, extraction and steering
- Low voltage drive controls located on the steering helm
- Proportional speed regulator
- Hydro-braking bench with controlled deceleration
- Patented anti-tilting system
Optional extras:
- Electro-hydraulic winch
- Incorporated battery charger
- Bespoke elevation height and slewing boom
- Automatic wheeled load separator for fragile flooring
- Remote control and/or joystick radio control
- Mould-holder roller platform with pusher element and ultra sound sensors
Transidrel series mould handlers are the only appliances with side/front dual movement and a handling capacity of up to 50,000kg.
The patented kinematic lift structure ensures ease of handling and total safety, whilst impeccable results and micro-metric operations are guaranteed, even when fully loaded - no matter how limited the space.
Totally independent manoeuvres can be achieved using the Transidrel's adjustable proportional speeds and double dynamic/static braking system. Self-levelling wheels and synchronised advance hydraulic pushers mean the expanded steering radium can reach more than 180 degrees, whilst long-life batteries and minimal maintenance costs ensure consistent performance.
Thanks to the lightweight nature of the Transidrel, no excessive strain is put on the floor and the exact dimensions of the mould handler can be customised to each client's needs.
GIA series multi-purpose mobile cranes are suitable for both mould handling and less bulky loads. They combine capacities of up to 3,000kg with compact dimensions and lightweight construction.
The GIA series boasts a telescopic arm of up to 3.5 metres, motorised battery traction, a patented anti-tilt device, dynamic braking system, stabilisers, battery charger and a wide range of accessories.
GB series cranes are the latest innovation from Gruniverpal. With a capacity of up to 750kg, they offer impeccable performance and convenience.
The GB series is ideal for handling all types of loads in very restricted spaces. Four independent wheels, mounted on special bearings, allow the machine to rotate through 360 degrees, whilst the boom length can be customised and a wide range of accessories is available.
Low maintenance costs and practically indestructible construction make the GB series suitable for all working environments.
